More suggestions for the "Files in Use" dialogue

Please consider adding a new button to stop the 180-second countdown to allow the user to read the options, review the files listed and make their decision.

To help them review the files, please add a horizontal scrollbar - I have found examples where the path to the file is too long to allow it to be shown in the current listbox.

Please see suggested changes below (I have changed the wording for some of the options)
