1. remove hdd from affected computer. 2. install in external hdd. 34. connect to another computer. 4. uninstall aomei partition assistant. 5. run iobit disk cleaner. 6. install hdd back in affected and reboot as normal.

Also, you may go to C:\Windows and then delete a file called "ampa.exe" after that you will abort the loop.
