Can you recover a system backup from a 500GB to a larger hdd? (Backupper)

Hi all,

I currently have a working system backup of my win 8.1 pro clean install plus updates. I'm wondering, in the future if I decide to upgrade to a larger hard drive (e.g. 1TB) or to a SSD, can I recover this system backup to the new drive even though the system backup was created on a 500GB hard drive?

If yes, what would change in the system recovery process?

See Help Documents. Edit partition on the destination disk.

You can also go for the clone option when changing the drive.
