WIN PE Fails to boot on UEFI system

I created a backup on my Windows8.1 system, created a Linux boot disk and a Win PE disk.

I can get the Linux Boot DVD to boot, but when trying to boot the WinPE DVD I get this message:

    Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

Any Ideas...??
