Retrieving windows 8 from a windows 10

Hello guys,

My boss gave his laptop (TOSHIBA) to be repaired. He said that it was formatted and installed windows 10. However, he doesn't like the functions of windows 10, so he wants me to recover it to windows 8. When I used Hirens, it only recovers data, but it cannot recover the windows 8 operating system. Can anyone advise me what to do. Should I format it to windows 8?

    Did you do the backup ofr one win8 operating system? First you need to do the system backup. And then do the universal restore. You will get the win8 and program in that system.
