Error message starting Backup on win 10

Hi there,


I downloaded your software to move from Acronis, I am using a windows 10 pro systems. After starting a new backup I got this error message:


Fehler beim Aktivieren von VSS. Es kann daran liegen, dass VSS-Dienst deaktiviert ist oder es keine VSS-Dienste gibt. Überprüfen Sie es bitte und versuchen Sie es noch einmal.


Error activating VSS Service......


The VSS Service is ready and running. What can I do?

    What if you go to Backup options, tab VSS and select the other Technique (Aomeis built-in)?

    I assume the error is on the bootable media? There is no VSS.

    Otherwise you have an issue with your OS, if the error occurs in the live windows.

    Actually, If it cannot find your VSS, it will invoke theAomei VSS server to continue to do the backup.

    Please check if the backup is ok.

    If the backup is not finished, you can choose the AomeiVSS to re-do the backup task.
