Accessing the GPT partition

I have just purchased your software and hoping it can help me out. I have a hard drive that is GPT partition. I cant access the drive. I need to convert it to MBR to access. Once converted to MBR, Still cant access. The partition is a windows 8 OS partition. Please tell me what other steps need to be taken to see the drive in Windows explorer and recover files.
