bootable from a disk backup ?

I plugged another OS disk from another PC into mine PC (win7) to backup the OS disk.

Since the System Backup only able to backup the local boot drive, then I use Disk Backup to backup that OS disk (win8)to an local image.


Is it bootable if I restore that image in the future ?
