problems restoring file backups

Backupper creates incremental file backups of three folders each day.

Log files are showing "Filebackup succesfully." for every incremental backup ...

But we can't restore files from the backup.

The "file-restore-window" remains empty ...

By Checking file integrity we get :


Checking private structures...

Information Code:4098

Invalid parameter.


some ideas how to fix this would be helpful ;)

    We have no idea of what you say, can you give us the screenshot? Is that you cannot find the image to do the restore?

    "By Checking file integrity we get   Information Code:4098"

    Please try to do the explore image, see if you can explore the image sucessfully.
