Information Code:4123 The specified volume 0 hasn't been found or has been changed

My full backup ran fine on the first date I used AOMEI


The first incremental backup worked fine


I am now trying to do an incremental backup and get this message:


Backup is initializing...
The specified volume 0 hasn't been found or has been changed.
The specified volume 1(C:) hasn't been found or has been changed.
Information Code:4123
All partitions that need to be backed up have not been found.


My source hard drive is working just fine.


The destination drive seems to be working fine and can be explored.


Please explain what is happening and how to resolve the situation.

  • May I ask before you did your incremental backup,have you resized your partition or you restore the backup?
