Brand New Hard drive
So as the title says i got a brand new 1tb wd blue HDD, i go to format it and there's a error, check connections, restart computer, still flops on me 
so i try full format, quick format, restoring it and now this, i get information code 206 which is Failed To update $BITMAP file (with bad cluster)
Any help?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. As for your problem, can windows recognise this disk? You can right click My computer--manage--disk management and then you may see your blue HDD listed there, then you can try format the disk with Windows disk management.
