Backup file smaller than hard drive used.
After doing an uncompresssed backup, the backup file size showes 64.7 GB. My actual C: is aproximately 76 GB. Does this mean there are some files the backup missed? Like almost 12 GB of files missed?

Figured this out. After upgrading to Windows 10, there are lots of temporary files left over. My build had in excess of 12 gigs.
After removeing the temporary files, everything checks out.
