AOMEI Backupper Standard Bootable Media in Windows 10

I've successfully created a System Backup (full image) on my new Dell PC with Windows 10.
The backup image was saved on a NAS.

If I experience a system crash and can't boot into Windows, I will need a Bootable Rescue image.  Unfortunately, it appears that creating a Windows PE bootable disc required installation of the Windows AIK/ADK in order to work.

Can the Rescue image be created without installing these files?

Another option would be Aomei PE Builder but it does not appear to be compatible with Windows 10?

I welcome your suggestions.
