cannot restore partition files

My computer is running Windows 7  64, has fresh install of windows,I made a partition back of computer on an external drive before reinstalling Windows, now I cannot restore my files or the partition.

I get error code: Info Code 4107    Element Not Found

Found Solution: When Aomei reboots computer,not all of my usb ports are reconized, moved external drive to port that was reconized, restored partition. After restore complete all usb ports active again.Hope this helps someone else

    We are so sorry for the problem you encountered this time. As for this problem, you may transfer the backup file to another
    location, copy your backup file to your local partition or another hard disk and
    then retry restoring the image.
