Error code 12 can't restart windows

Can anyone help me? I installed Partition assistant and ran the SSD optimizer, the program restaarted my computer adn now comes up with error code 12 and says to press any key to reboot, however it will not accept any key press and the only way to reboot is to shut the pc off and then restart it. However it goes back to running the optimize program and locks up again. Plus it will not accept any key to abort the program before it runs. I need to know how to abort or get around the program running before it loads because once it does my USB keyboard is useless as no ky has any effect.

    Hi jmjg,

    You are not able to boot into Windows now?  Please create a WinPE boot disk on another computer. Then boot your current computer from the boot disk, to locate and delete this file: C:/Windows/ampa.exe

    After that, please try booting your computer.
