After restoration of a full backup the hidden logical disk drive remains not hidden

Hello,

I have provided from a hard disk a Full backup, the hard disk has a primary start partition (disk drive C:) and an enlarged partition with 2 logical disk drives. 1 logical disk drive is hidden.

After the restoration of the backup on a new hard disk the hidden disk drive was not indicated more than hidden. Do they have for it a solution? Thank you for your help.

  • I can confirm that a restore removes the "hidden" properties of some partitions

    Hello feldermaus,

Thank you so much for your feedback. As for this problem, we feel sorry, we will optimize it in the future. Currently, after the restoration, you could go to Windows Disk Management, right click the partition and then select Change drive letter in the right click menu, next change the drive letter to none, finally apply the change. After that, you will find this partition is disappeared in Windows explorer.

If you have any other qustions or suggestions please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
