Windows server mbr to gbt issues.

I have a windows server 2012 r2. I conver the boot partition to gpt. Turns out that it would not work with my setup, so I used the boot disc to convert back to mbr. Now my server will not boot at all. What can I do to fix this?

    you could try to start your PE on USB disk or CD/DVD.then right click the boot partition and choose "rebuild MBR".
