Aomei PE Builder CD/DVD only for the computer on which it was previously created?

Assume I create a PE Builder CD/DVD on computer 1.


Can I take this CD/DVD and boot and work with it on compter 2 as well?

Or does it work only on computer 1 (=the same as it was originally created)?
