convert from NTFS to FAT32 and from FAT32 to NTFS

hello  i have  some  usb  flAsh  drives  which  converted   with  quick  
format  of  windows  to  NTFS  and  i  want  to  know if  with  partition  assistant  can  i  converted  to  fat32  again(with  or  without  
formatting).also  can  i  reconverted  to  nfts  if  i  want  to?

    Hi， It is designed to do these things but for ensuring safety of your data of usb, you may need to make a backup before you do them.
