Upgrade problems

It s me who does something wrong, or the way of upgrading is not correct.

It first uninstalls the old version and then installs the new one. The problem is that then it needs the registration numbers ones again witch is not always working on line. Sometines is not working of line to by asking an of line key.

OR i am doing it WRONG. Any help because i have lost allready a license.... I purchuased 4 and i use 3 because one of my old PCs (out of order) cannot get it back to use it to the new PC i purchased !!!!

Any help?
