PE Builder USB Stick boots only into Windows system recovery options

I made several USB sticks with PE Builder (on 3 differrent machines with Windows 7 and 8.1 Pro 64bit) with and without adding portabable apps and every time Icould not boot correctly in to a full Windows. I only get system recovery options. What went wrong?

    Sounds like some files haven't copied to your usb stick. There should be a file in windows\system32\winpeshl.ini


    It should be pointing at backupper.exe

    I have the exact same problem. What is the solution? Please help.


    The following screenshot shows the content of the usb stick after creating it with AOMEI PE Builder 1.4. Is there something missing?
