Information on a Larger Partition to Information on a Smaller Partition

I have cloned a hard drive but since the 3rd partition was 18 GB smaller than the old HHD, some of the information did not clone.  Is there any way to move all the used data for which there is enough room to this third smaller partition?

    Have you compared the 3rd partition with the old one to see what information had not been cloned?
