Aomei Partition Assistant Home Edition locked my drive

Hi all,

I buyed a new laptop ACER V3 772 G it has 1.5 TB HDD I select C and create a new partitition in 1 TB so my new C drive will be 500 GB I select OK then device go to preos mode and never opened again.. When I try to fix the problem with a Windows 8.1 DVD DVD cannot repair the boot nor make a clean install it says    "The dirve is locked, unlocke the drive and try again" how can I solve this?

    This is pretty odd. You can make a PE boot disk and boot from that disk to see what really happened to your drive.
