nas password invalid but i am not using a nas

hi


im trying to backup to a shared foder the laptop that i am backing up has full contol. from it i can delete files from the sharded foulder. when i try to back it up i click network and then the folder but it says nas password invalid. the laptop is wireless conected to my homegroup. im using  backupper for 7os....... the shared forder is running 8.1os..

    i have but stll.......

    it worked fine with old versions not 2.2 but i deleted the old version and can not find any

    I am new to this program. I confirm 2.2 reports invalid NAS password when trying to connect to networked Windows 8.1 laptop. 2.5 no longer has a "Network" connection option. Only a "Share/NAS" connection option. Off to another product.
