One Key Backup causing no-boot

Hi,


I recently installed this on my Win7 x64 pc. It installs fine but when I go to back up it refuses to boot saying "msahci.sys is missing or corrupt"


The only way to get the system working again is to hit Esc, boot into safe mode and uninstall one key backup.


Any ideas please?

    Tried that, it says "unrecoverable errors found"

    My apologies about the inconvenience. We have known about this and been working on the solution. we'll release a new version in April, which will optimize this.

    @ganon11000 I can confirm that my windows installation is not damaged in any way. I have since then completed a fresh install, loaded all required updates and no other software and as soon as your software is installed the original error appears, killing Windows.


    @mysery126 Thank you, ill refrain from using your software until the new version is released and try again.
