Problems creating a bootable CD

Hi


I am using the standard backup program with Windows 7 64-bit.


I am trying to burn to CD and create a bootable disk.


Whenever I select CD as an option it always creates an ISO file and burns that to my CD, which won't boot at start up.


Where am I going wrong please? How can I create a bootable Windows disk?
