1PC Licens Usage Restrictions Question

I have two desktop PC's in two different cities and I use them when I'm in that city. They never run at the same time. I have an external drive that I carry around with me with my work files. I want to use Mirror Sync to sync my files in the external drive to the local folders in these PC's whenever I connect the drive to them for safekeeping. My question is: Can I use the 1PC license on these 2 PC's or do I need to purchase 5 licenses? 5 licenses is going to be a waste of money for me. If you offer 2 PC licenses, I'd be interested in it.

Mirror Sync is  paid feature of BU Pro. Each BU license is for 1 PC only.

Basic Sync is a free feature you may use on any PC for free. Basic Sync with schedule on USB drive insertion could work for you, however Basic Sync does not clean up after itself, it will continue to create duplicate backup folders each time. Mirror Sync is better in most situations, because it cleans after itself, there will be no duplicates backup folder.

On MacOS, Mirror Sync is free, but on Windows it is a paid Pro feature.

Aomei recently made using backup images easier than before. You can now easily open a backup image without opening BU.

System Backup and Disk Backup are free features, you could create a Backup image, scheduled from USB insertion, and if you needed to access your files in your backup image, you can now instantly get access to them.

You could also consider using a cloud folder to sync between your PCs, such as Onedrive, which has a subscription, or pCloud, which has a 1 lifetime fee, or CBackup, which is Aomei's Cloud product.
