Magic Self erasing File
I have Backupper Technician Plus. I run the backup tasks via windows task scheduler. On two occasions now "C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR\tasks2.2.xml" has been erased (became empty). This becomes evident when you start the program and see no backup plans listed. Luckily I had previous backups and could restore this file. After restoring this file, backups proceed as planned. This has occurred twice now and on different systems. Since my plans do not change I will make local backups and possibly lock the file from modification. Please investigate.
