Error 303

Sorry if this a dumb question but I am new to NAS and backups. I have configured the software to carry out incremental backups weekly and start a full back up on one folder (approx. 2tb in size). The backup starts nornally but after about 24 hrs (full back takes around 48 hrs) i get the above error code. Can you suggest why it is failing mid backup, and how I resolve the problem. I am running Windows 10 64 bit

  • Please delete NAS.xml file in "C:\ProgramData\AomeiBR" and try again.
