New User - Trying to run Backup for first Time
I am backing up from a NAS to an external drive hooked to my router. Here is what I get..... Looks to backup a few files with no problems and then:
Backup is initializing...
Getting the file information...
Scanning the authority files...
Trying to create snapshots...
Calculating the total number of the backup files...
Backing up the files...
Information Code:4102
Failed to read file.
Note: I have no problem copying the Folder from Windows from the NAS to the External Drive.
2. ) Also Problem # 2.... I have created a few Backup schedules, but cannot see them to delete them from this Application. I have followed the Help, but they don't show up in the home screen, like the Help Shows.
