clone partition not working

Trying to clone partition and it said it needed to reboot to do it so it did and copied some files and then after it rebooted it kept getting a memory write error for logonui.exe. It kept getting that error for ever and couldnt get past it so I had no choice but to reboot it maunually. After that it came to a blue screen with the date and time and sat there for a while and then to a black screen and now its flashing the logon screen with the date and time but no user box in the middle of the screen. Its flashing that back and forth with a black screen and the mouse curser with a blue circle flashing. Its been this way for an hour now so Im assuming its caught in a loop again and not doing anything?

    1. Can you boot the system normally now?

    2. Which one partition you need to clone? System partition?

    3. If you can boot the system, please try to create the bootable media to do the clone again.
