Microsoft SmartScreen help

When I try to download and install AOMEI Backupper standard free edition I get an error saying it might be a virus from the Microsoft SmartScreen app.  Is this normal for this program?

    I got the same message on Win 8 and Win 10 PC's because the exe file isn't signed. You can accept it. No virus found.

    Thanks Johnny,

    There is no virus, you can accept it to install it.

    Actually, you can use another browser to download it with no error.
